The study of English creates visionary thinkers, self-assured communicators and people who are informed about their world. The current English Faculty at Blayney High School is focusing on student engagement and synthesising literature to expand their knowledge and experience of the world. There is a focus on contemporary literature reflected in national and international texts including the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's culture and Australia's links to Asia.
